(1)Alginate Oligosaccharide is a small molecule fragment formed by enzymatic degradation of alginic acid.
(2)The low-temperature multi-step enzymatic hydrolysis method is used to degrade alginic acid into small molecular oligosaccharides with a degree of polymerization of 80% evenly distributed in 3-8.
(3)It is an important signaling molecule in plants and is called a "new plant vaccine". Its activity is 10 times higher than that of alginic acid. People in the industry often refer to it as "torn alginic acid".
